Matt Barcomb

Integrator

Matt has always been passionate about building, growing, and solving problems. His journey began with crafting birdhouses and cultivating string beans alongside his grandfather. By middle school, Matt had taught himself to program, discovering a love for creating systems that solve real-world problems.

Driven by this passion, Matt became a lifelong learner, diving deep into subjects like business, technology, social systems design, organizational development, operations research, anthropology, and economics. Over the course of his 25+ year career, he has taken on roles ranging from software engineer to product leader and business executive.

Today, Matt applies his systems-first, people-centered approach to leading and optimizing digital product organizations. And in his spare time, he’s still building birdhouses and growing vegetables.
